Rental and Facility Information
Horizon Stage is a multi-purpose facility suitable for a variety of activities. Our renters include schools, businesses, community organizations and not-for-profit groups. Horizon Stage can be used for music concerts, drama productions, dance recitals, lectures, seminars, training sessions, photo shoots, fashion shows, weddings, reunions and awards nights.
Renting Horizon Stage sometimes includes renting ancillary rooms within Spruce Grove Composite High School, such as the drama room, lounge, and dressing rooms.
Whatever the occasion, whatever the situation, whatever the presentation, every experience in Horizon Stage is Up Close and Personal.
Facility rentals
If you would like to rent Horizon Stage, save this PDF to your computer's desktop and then fill out the necessary information. Once you've completed the form, e-mail it to Horizon Stage as an attachment.
A full rental package must be completed and returned within 4 months, or sooner, of your requested rental date, in order for us to review, approve, and complete your contract. Requested dates are at risk of being released without notification if the completed application package has not been received within this time frame.
For example:
Requested Date: Sept. 30, 2024, full rental application must be received by May 30, 2024, or sooner.
Requested Date: Jan. 15, 2025, full rental application must be received by Sept. 14, 2024, or sooner
Your event is not confirmed until all applicable paperwork and deposits have been paid and you have signed the contract.

About the theatre
Front of house staff
Front of house staff are supplied by Horizon Stagelighters for an additional charge and are available upon request.
Traditional performance times
Evening: 7:30 p.m.
Matinee: 2 p.m.
Schools: 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
