* ADMISSION - is defined as tickets, silver collection, suggested donations or participants fees.
GST - 6% Goods and Services Tax will be added to the total of all rentals.
NOTE: All rentals will be charged the greater of the rental rate or 12.5% of gross box office sales.

Technician Overtime after 8 hours in one day @ $30/hour
Extra Technician - $25.00/hour
Upright Piano - No Charge
Grand Piano - $35.00 plus tuning if requested
3 Step Choral Risers - $50.00/event
Portable Stage - $100.00/event
STAGELIGHTERS
$5 per volunteer per hour
USER GROUP CATEGORIES
Categories are defined as follows:
a. Recognized, Non-Profit Groups
- All registered societies, associations or not-for-profit groups.
- All community groups listed by the County of Parkland Parks and Recreation Department
- All Public and Separate Schools within the County of Parkland.
b. Local Business or Commercial
- All licensed businesses within the County of Parkland boundaries.
c. Non-Local Business, Commercial, Promoter
- Any non-local business, individual or groups not registered as an association or society.
( Please note that verification of non-profit registration or business license may be required).
