We are an IN PERSON Ticketmaster outlet, which means you can buy tickets to any Ticketmaster events IN PERSON ONLY at the Horizon Stage Box Office.

You can purchase tickets to Horizon Stage attractions in 5 different ways:

  • Visit the Horizon Stage Box Office in person during office hours
  • To Charge-By-Phone with your credit card, call (780) 962-8995 for all Horizon Stage events. (For all other events, call Ticketmaster at 451-8000. Service charges apply.)
  • Order tickets online (extra service charges will be applied)

  • Purchase tickets at the theatre on the night of the performance (subject to availability - many shows sell out in advance so call first). The Box Office at the school is ONLY open for 1 hour before each Horizon Stage season event and for selected rentals. The theatre Box Office is not a Ticketmaster outlet.

Adults: $19 + $1 facility fee = $20
Students & Seniors: $14 + $1 facility fee = $15
Note: some performance may have special pricing.

Subscription Packages
Purchase 2-3 shows receive 10% off
Purchase 4-5 shows receive 15% off
Purchase 6+ shows receive 20% off
Family Matinee Subscription Packages are also available.

Subscriptions are only available until the date of first shows of the season.
Performances with special pricing can not be combined with any subscription offers.

Group Bookings
Groups of 10+ receive 10% off
Groups of 20+ receive 20% off

Discounts are not available for any performance that has special pricing.

Payment

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Sears card, or Amex. Discounts to Horizon Stage events are offered on selected performance packages, as well as for Students and Seniors. Group discounts are offered on groups of over 20 people. For more information, call 962-8995.

Ticket Pickup

Tickets for Horizon Stage events purchased by phone may be picked up at the Box Office during regular business hours right up to the day of the show. They can also be picked up at Horizon Stage, beginning one hour before the start of the performance.
All tickets purchased by Charge-by-Phone for any other Ticketmaster events may be picked up at the Horizon Stage Box Office during regular business hours. The credit card holder must be the one to pick up the tickets. Please have the credit card that was used, as well as the confirmation number, to pick up tickets.

Theatre Policies

  • All patrons require a ticket regardless of age, including children and babies.
  • To reduce interruption to performers and patrons, late-comers and those who exit the theatre during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
  • The use of cameras, recording and communications devices is strictly prohibited in the theatre. Please turn off your cell phones and pagers.
  • Food and refreshments are not permitted in the theatre, with the exception of bottled water.
