Change of Program January 27

On January 27, we had originally planned to bring you Tim Tamashiro and Tommy Banks. We unfortunately have to tell you that Tommy Banks has been having some health issues, and will be unable to perform as scheduled. We wish him well, of course, and will be sending good thoughts to him and his family.

In the meantime, we’ve been working with Tim Tamashiro to develop a top-notch replacement show for the same date. The new show will be, in keeping with the “friendship” concept of Tim and Tommy, a journey into the musical friendships between Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, and Dean Martin, called “When You’re Smiling”. The amazing Tim Tamashiro will be joined by 3 musicians onstage to help showcase this ingenious time in music’s history – the time of “The Rat Pack”.

We hope you’ll simply keep your tickets and come hear some great music by Tim and his band – the tickets are completely transferable and your seats are reserved for you.

However, we realize that some ticket-holders will be disappointed by this change, and we respect that.
If you plan to use your originally purchased tickets, you don’t need to contact us at all – simply show up on January 27 with your tickets and enjoy a wonderful evening of Tim Tamashiro.

However, as the show has changed significantly, we will be offering refunds if requested. Refunds due to the content change will be available between November 15th and 30th.

If you bought your tickets through us at the City Hall Ticket Centre, please call us directly at 780-962-8995. If you purchased your tickets online or through the Ticketpro phone line, please call them at 1-888-655-9090.

Instead of a refund, you could also ask for an exchange to something else in the current season. We have lots to choose from, and we’d be happy to help you make a selection. We’re certain the new show will leave you smiling.

We thank you all for understanding.
