Volunteer Organizations
Horizon Stagelighters
The Horizon Stagelighters are the dedicated volunteers who provide all front-of-house services for Horizon Stage. They act as ushers and ticket-takers, run the bar and concession booths at all performances, and act as the first-line public face of Horizon Stage, welcoming our patrons with quality service. Incorporated as a not-for-profit society, the Stagelighters provide ongoing recruitment, training and recognition of their volunteers, promote the value of theatre in our community, fundraise for Horizon Stage, and even choose and sponsor different theatre programs.
Horizon Stagelighters Vision Statement:
With our dedicated volunteers' support, Horizon Stagelighters will enrich the community's cultural experience and instill a passion for the performing arts in this and future generations.
New members are always welcome. Contact Horizon Stage for information at (780) 962-8995 or email: hstage@sprucegrove.org.

All volunteers are trained in the various technical areas they choose to work in, as well as in safety regulations and procedures.
